The old path (3 nights in Sono Beach):

Hike begins at Paraty Mirim, leads to mamangua, where we cross by boat or canoe the path continues to vila oratorio and then to praia do sono (approximately 7 hours hike) visit to poco do jacare, hike to Antigos, Ponta Negra, includes also, mandioque flower production work shop in Ponta Negra, fishing net production work shop and visit to cerco, local guide, meals, luggage transport and accommodation in Praia do Sono.
